If you are seeing the screenshots above on your device, it is because the Find My Device feature was enabled by the owner or additional users of the device. When this feature is enabled it is the Owners/Users responsibility to remember either the PIN code or Gmail account information that was used to set up the feature.
If you do not remember the PIN code or Gmail account information, we can completely wipe the device’s memory using a custom utility tool. This service will cost $50 and will require the device to be shipped to our Service Dept. Before proceeding with the service we will have to verify your ownership of the device but again, this is only if you can’t recall the PIN code or Gmail account used to set up the Find My Device feature.
If the service is needed please open a support ticket providing the following details below:
- Your First and Last Name
- Business name
- Address
- Phone number
- Proof of purchase (Paid Invoice/Order confirmation from Tokenworks or Amazon Order Details if purchased on Amazon)
Once the details are provided, our Support Team will reach out to you to provide more information on how to send in the device and pay for the service.
