This could be an issue with a corrupted database.
If this is the first time launching the software, navigate to the File Manager app and then go to the Phone Storage (Or Internal shared storage) -> Documents -> IDVisor Smart director. Find the sqlcipher.db file and delete it by clicking on the name for 5 seconds and then pressing the Trash icon at the bottom of the screen. Now try launching the application again.
If you have been using your IDVisor Smart for a long time and want to preseve the scan data, you can restore a backup file. Navigate to the File Manager app and then go to the Phone Storage (Or Internal shared storage) -> Documents -> IDVisor Smart director. Find the sqlcipher.db file and long click it to select it. Click the three dots in the bottom right and then choose Rename. Change the name to something unique since we will need to “sqlcipher.db” name when we restore a backup. After renaming the file, Click the three dots in the bottom right and then choose Sort. Sort by Time. The newest file that begins with “dbcopy” and long click it to select it. Click the three dots in the bottom right and then choose Rename. Change the name to “sqlcipher.db”. Now try launching the application again.
