Convert Base 32 String to Base 10 Decimal in Excel

How to convert Base 32 strings to Base 10 strings in Excel

Certain IDs compress the ID number as a base 32 number – for example, the string 18QB8PP represents ID number 1369809721.

The Excel document has two formulas which convert the base 32 string to a base 10 string.  Neither formula has been tested extensively, so please advise if you find problems with either formula.

Using this Excel document allows one to collect scan data with IDWedge products in Excel and convert the base 32 to base 10 number.
