Problem: “Scanner not charging in standing base station”

Problem: The IDVisor Pro scanner does not charge when in the standing base station.

The left light will turn off when fully charged.)
Steps to Diagnose:
1. Check that you are using the power cord that was packaged with your scanner
2. Check that the power cord is securely plugged into the base station and plugged into a working outlet
3. Remove the unit from the standing base station and attach the clip-on adapter to the scanner
4. Plug the power cord into the clip-on adapter
Diagnoses:
If the scanner’s lights turn on when plugged into the clip-on adapter, then the cause of charging issue is likely the standing base station. Please contact Tokenworks at 800-574-5034 to receive an RMA so that you can have your base station repaired.
If the scanner’s lights do not turn on, the the cause of the issue is likely within the scanner itself. Please contact Tokenworks at 800-574-5034 to receive an RMA so that you can have your unit repaired.
